Handling Kernel Notifications

Multiprocessing Services provides the following functions for manipulating kernel notifications:

MPCreateNotification creates a kernel notification.
MPDeleteNotification removes a kernel notification.
MPModifyNotification adds a simple notification to a kernel notification.
MPCauseNotification signals a kernel notification.
